Grrrrrr. I'm Hungry !

Getting off of work or coming home from school , you often wonder whats going to be on the table for dinner. Hmmm ? Maybe it'll be quickier to pick up a pizza from Pizza Hut or order some Chinese Food?
My family is a big fan of cooking home-cooked meals. Growing up in the country thats all we did; we made our own dinner whether its going out and killin it or picking it out the garden. Some of the foods that we choose to eat , I admit will send you towards having high blood pressure or diabetes at any moment. Cooking at home is not always bad. It could save you money, gas and time. The good thing about eating at home is that you could choose the right amount of seasoning that you would like on your food. If its a specific way you like your foods then you can be the judge of that. My mom cooks at least three times a week. Whenever she cook she make sure we have a meat , a vegetable
But hey , don't get me wrong eating out is not that bad either. When eating out, you can sit back and relax and wait for your food to be served to you. Lets take my favorite resturant for example ; Longhorn Steakhouse. My favorite appetizer to gt is the Wild West Shrimp. The shrimp are breaded with a spicy kick. They come in a long tray with thousands in it. Come on now , everyone knows that's not healthy . First reaon why is because its spicy and the second is because of all the grease I'm taking in. You never know what these resturants are putting in their foods to either make it look a certain way or even taste a certain way .I love eating out especaially at Longhorn, I'll eat there all day, but eating a resturant will never be the same as eating at home.
In my opionion, I think eating at home and eating out could be bad for your. If you don't maintain the correct diet that could be problems, putting the right seasonig on foods could be a problem , and also teh amout of grease.

* I guess I should just grow my own food : )
